If so, we’d love to connect with you! We are Mental Health Cooperative (MHC), and we are looking for an Office Coordinator for our newest location in Memphis, TN to join our team! You will collaborate with our satellite team to provide general support services and ensure the facility is warm, welcoming, and in compliance with licensing requirements.

To join our team, you’ll need:

  • Ability to multi-task team members needs to ensure they have proper administrative support
  • Administrative skills to foster welcoming environment and deliver consistent daily operations of the facility
  • Compassionate response to consumers’ needs while maintaining healthy boundaries
  • Collaborative spirit working with team members to meet consumers’ needs
  • To be tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and other collaborative online tools
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

We’re especially looking for someone with social work experience within a mental health clinic, school, agency, or hospital environment who is:

  • Driven towards healthcare administration, operations, or general office management
  • Flexible to changing priorities and needs, especially during crisis
